In 2026, several professional and personal changes are coming up for me. Because of this, I’ve decided that Haalu will be changing as well:

• From now on, my eBooks will be available exclusively on Ravelry.com. You will also be able to download all free eBooks there.
• The video tutorials will continue to be available on YouTube.
• The Haalu website will be taken offline over the course of the year. If you have purchased eBooks from the shop in the past, you will still have a few months to download them and save them locally.
• In my Etsy shop, I am currently selling the last remaining skeins of my hand-dyed yarn. After that, there will be no new Haalu yarn.

So what’s next for Haalu?

For the next few months, there will be no new videos or eBooks.

I will of course continue knitting and will share my projects on Instagram. I also plan to offer some of my knitted pieces for sale in the Etsy shop next year. However, Haalu will no longer be my main occupation. This gives me the time and space to figure out which parts of Haalu I want to continue in the future, and what form they might take.

Over the past few months, I’ve already noticed the positive effect it has on my creativity when it no longer has to pay my bills. And because of that, I’m really looking forward to this next phase.
