Cancellation rights

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing grounds.

The cancellation deadline is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your cancellation right, you must send us (haalu, Haihover Straße 8, 52511 Geilenkirchen, Germany, info@haalu.de, Telephone: 024519324016) a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent via post or email) regarding your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not required.

To comply with the cancellation deadline, sending the notice regarding exercising the cancellation right prior to the grace period running out is sufficient.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this agreement, we must return all payments we have received from you including shipping charges immediately and no later than within fourteen days from the date on which we receive the cancellation of the agreement. We use the same payment method for the return as used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed upon with you; fees will not be incurred from this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

In case of a contract for the supply of digital content not located on a tangible medium the right of revocation expires when we have started the execution of the contract, after you have explicitly agreed to the fact that our services begin during the cancellation period and that you lose your right to revoke the contract as soon as we start executing the contract.
