If you are looking for a simple, quick summer socks pattern, this is the pattern for you!
In this pattern I use a new heel shape. It has a heel flap and a gusset but the decreases for the heel are knitted differently, which gives the heel a much rounder shape.
You will need some standard sock yarn (I like to use one with a bit of cotton in it) with a set of 5 double pointed knitting needles (size 2.75).
This toe shape is still my favorite toe shape.
You can always adjust the length of the cuff or add a design to the foot to change things up.
The pattern includes instructions for socks in the sizes 30-47 (EU shoe sizes), but you can also cast on less stitches to make socks for other sizes.
